Wellbeing can be described as the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy. Wellbeing is not a constant state of happiness. It is not common or natural to be bursting with energy, enthusiasm and joy all day long, every day. Neither is it having everything we’ve ever dreamt of- the house, the car, the degree, the job. Wellbeing is a state of being comfortable in who you really are. Leading a healthy lifestyle helps us to achieve this by treating our bodies well and happiness tends to follow as we listen to our mind, body and soul. It is acknowledging that some days we are sad or tired or frustrated, but understanding that this is okay and these emotions should be listened to. It is tapping into ourselves, finding out what makes us happy, listening to that and putting it into action. Basically… doing what makes you happy!

This page will be focused on the different ways that we can achieve high life satisfaction, find a sense of purpose in our lives, and manage challenges and emotions that hinder our mental health, fogging our spiritual path.

In summary, wellbeing is a state of contentment in oneself. It is the time taken to learn about oneself which results in time spent loving oneself.
