A holistic life is one that understands that everything in life is connected and seen as a whole, rather than individual and ‘disconnected’ parts. This lifestyle can bring a warm feeling of peace and enthusiasm to life, as it creates meaning, gratitude, and harmony across all aspects of our days on Earth.
This blog will focus on the ways we can connect to and uplift our spirit, by taking care of our mental health, our bodies, our communities and the Earth. It hopes to inspire you, the reader, to find a burst of creativity, to live with intention, and to stand for compassion and peace.

This blog is written by Eilis Wright, a university student studying International Relations and Politics in the South of England. I am an advocate for veganism, equality, slow living, environmental justice, and living life to its fullest!
Being a nature lover, I find joy in exploring new and beautiful places, hiking up mountains, going to the beach and camping. I also live for finding new music, attending live music events, practicing yoga, writing, reading, painting, running, and cooking vegan food!
Throughout my life I aspire to travel, see and learn from the world, be happy as much as possible and to use my voice to make a positive and lasting change.
